Stage Build Day 3

Today was all about the player platform stairs. We completed the pair in record time! Thanks to the Team Saturday, Ben and Sara.

Pocket holes and Robertson screws with a touch of wood glue make is feel very solid.

First stage build weekend a success!

Special shout-out to Sara V, Ben, Marc and Becky. We kicked-ass this weekend and are ahead of schedule. The foundation for both player platforms are fabricated, all the trim and deck routed with a chamfer profile and trim applied to the from stage panels. We used a pocket hole jig, counter sunk all deck screw and wood glued all major joints. Best of all, everything turned out plumb and square. Thank you Sara for attending the Safety Third and Skills Workshop. Next week will be platform assemble and deck panel fabrication.
